**Job Overview**

This role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive training programs across multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) establishments in Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with business owners to enhance the financial performance of their stores, design training manuals and plans, and maintain accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deliver tailored training sessions for new starters, existing staff, and management teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic training plans to drive business growth and improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with National Operations Manager to achieve key objectives and goals.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in the quick service industry, preferably with experience as a franchise owner or area manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • High levels of organisation and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
