Job Title: Senior Training and Development Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training professional to join our team as a Senior Training and Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
