Job Description

Medtronic Senior Training Education Specialist role involves leading employee education and training activities, supporting CRM employees with new hire training. Responsibilities include ensuring technical proficiency among personnel, developing a structured annual recertification program, collaborating on education plans for new product launches, and supporting customer events and training programs.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure the technical competence of Medtronic staff through effective training.
  • Develop and implement an annual recertification plan to ensure continued professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute education plans for the launch of new products.
  • Support customer education initiatives and training programs as required.

Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 7 years of experience in electrophysiology, nursing, allied health, engineering, and/or implantable cardiac devices are required.
