The Opportunity

We're bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function. This role offers something unique and career defining, reporting to our Head of Field Sales – Licensed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead a high-performing field-based sales team from the ground up.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to execute business and navigate complex relationships.
  3. Motivate and inspire others to achieve outstanding results in market.
Requirements

We're looking for an individual with a strong track record of success in a Senior Sales Management or Account Management role within the Licensed space. You will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a given.
