Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Platypus Shoes in Port Macquarie. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate sales associates, driving sales and KPIs, and ensuring the efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and wage costs
- Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement
- Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation
- 40% discount on Accent Group brands
- Tuesday to Saturday roster with two consecutive days off

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
- A motivated and driven attitude
