Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a vibrant, self-motivated team player to join our passionate and friendly team in Sydney. As a full-time Function Coordinator member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating events, and collaborating with management and head chef to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Providing attentive and detail-oriented service to customers, handling online and phone reservations, general inquiries, and meeting and greeting guests.
- Event Coordination: Planning functions, menus, and seating plans to ensure seamless event execution and meet clients' needs.
- Collaboration: Working closely with management and head chef to organize daily tasks and ensure effective communication.
- Communication: Serving as the first point of contact for guests' questions, compliments, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Exceptional presentation and grooming skills.
- Ability to work weekends, opening, and closing shifts.
- Knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
- RSA competency card is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with POS systems and Mac computers.
- Social media knowledge.
