Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in delivering person-centered care and support to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including showering, dressing, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Administer medication and assist clients with their medication needs.
  • Prepare meals, clean, cook, shop, and perform other household duties to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support clients in accessing social activities and appointments, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • Passion for making a difference in someone's life, ideally within a similar role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assist clients with their day-to-day activities.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
