Job Overview

Delivering person-centered care and support in clients' homes is a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking experienced, caring, and empathetic support workers to join our team in the South West region. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for making a difference in someone's day and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care to promote health and well-being
  • Medication administration and assistance
  • Meal preparation, cleaning, cooking, shopping, and other household duties
  • Supporting social access by taking clients to appointments and engaging them in leisure activities
  • Working to meet individualized care plans and helping clients achieve their defined goals
Requirements
  • A current Australian 'C' Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions
  • A reliable, roadworthy, licensed, and fully insured vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • First Aid/CPR certificate (training can be provided)
  • Certificate III or higher in a relevant discipline
