About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member and contribute to the company's growth and success.

As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products.

You will leverage your deep domain expertise in payroll and HR, combined with a strong knowledge of Rippling's products and a commitment to customer experience, to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and implement Rippling's products effectively.
  • Develop and manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Drive customer adoption and timelines, aligning with Rippling's implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Customer Experience, and R&D, to improve processes and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR, with a strong understanding of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to deploy multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, and Outreach.
