Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead to oversee our dedicated and passionate drivers in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the driving team, including allocation of collections and returns, roster management, training and measuring service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in leading teams, intermediate IT skills, and a passion for animal welfare. They must be compassionate, caring, and able to handle deceased pets professionally. A clean and tidy environment is essential for this role.
