About the Role
  • Lead a team of pet technicians, fostering collaboration and promoting employee growth.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Address conflicts and ensure a harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with HR to support employee development and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing standardized techniques globally.
  • Implement and adapt all procedures according to company protocols, ensuring reliable results.
  • Support local and regional teams in planning and executing trials.
  • Contribute to the visitors program, working with the leadership team to welcome partners, students, and sellers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company information.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Effective people management
  • A professional certificate or degree in pet-care management is preferred
  • Experience in veterinary practices and pet welfare, particularly with dogs and cats
  • Understanding of inventory management and budget processes
  • Ability to make presentations about pet welfare policies to visitors and authorities
  • Represent the organization with confidence to external authorities
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
