Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced warranty service administrator to join our national mobile equipment OEM in Sydney. As a Warranty Service Administrator, you will be responsible for performing the warranty administration of the daily site service operation, collating information to enable the successful submission of warranty claims, and providing ongoing reporting of Warranty WIP status and credit returns.

About the Role
  • Work closely with the national service team and field service teams based at various locations across the country.
  • Be responsible for processing warranty claims, creating purchase orders, and analyzing technician working hours on warranty service orders.
  • Enjoy a 3-day week working part-time hours with flexibility, with typical working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Salary and Benefits

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in warranty service administration, preferably in the automotive, transport/logistics, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong relationship-building qualities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery.
  • Ability to multitask and work with a high level of organization.
