Commercial Insurance Portfolio Manager

The Commercial Insurance Portfolio Manager will lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, identify growth opportunities within the designated portfolio, and develop new business within the National segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Develop key client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities within the designated portfolio
- Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
- Deliver in alignment with the strategic direction of the National business
- Achieve revenue goals
- Mentorship and development of team members within the region
- Strong leadership skills with excellent client relationship management capabilities
- Collaborative approach with colleagues and clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurially minded with a track record of client acquisition and retention
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience
- Strong organisational skills to align with regional objectives
