Property Portfolio Management Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager to take on the challenge of managing a national commercial and retail portfolio.

  • Protecting investment performance and ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.

As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the general management and oversight of a commercial and retail portfolio, leading a dedicated team and building strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met.
