Insurance Portfolio Manager

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial/SME insurance accounts.

  • Ensure seamless renewal, policy amendment, and claims management processes for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving insurance needs.
  • Negotiate competitive premiums and coverage with insurers on behalf of clients.
  • Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals and policy documentation to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and loyalty with clients.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience as an Insurance Broker or relevant industry experience is required.
