Healthcare IT Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the growth and customer success of our solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will provide marketing and sales support for healthcare IT product offerings, reviewing information to identify competitive advantages and educating colleagues and customers on these benefits.

In conjunction with account managers, they will maintain contact with customers to follow-up promotional activities and improve communication to market and stimulate demand for our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide marketing and sales support for healthcare IT product offerings
  • Reviewing marketing and sales information to identify competitive advantages
  • Maintain contact with customers to follow-up promotional activities
  • Produce responses to tenders, customer presentations, and demonstrations as required
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant clinical areas
  • Relevant clinical or industry experience
  • Senior position within the clinical environment or business
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills
