Lead Architect for Salesforce Healthcare Solutions

Healthcare organizations are seeking visionary leaders to design and deliver cutting-edge Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. As a Lead Architect, you will shape the future of healthcare delivery by crafting scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. These solutions aim to enhance patient outcomes, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with stringent healthcare regulations.

You're an accomplished professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive meaningful change in healthcare. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering open communication, and ensuring seamless integration between systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive architecture strategies for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Craft secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR and HL7 standards, Australian healthcare privacy laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate Health Cloud with EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) and other healthcare systems using MuleSoft or API frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to define business, functional, and technical architectures.
  • Provide architectural governance, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Guide project teams through best practices for Health Cloud configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Mentor consultants, developers, and other architects on healthcare solution best practices.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, events, and professional community participation.
