**Job Opportunity**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lounge Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lounge bar and events.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring seamless execution of events and lounge bar operations.

Responsibilities**:

  • Manage lounge bar operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Coordinate with management to plan and execute special events, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements**:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in lounge bar management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce compliance.
