Executive Lounge Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our Pacific Club Lounge, providing outstanding service to guests and leading a team of professionals.

The role involves coordinating and motivating a team, organizing administrative duties, and managing stock control.

  • Providing exceptional service to guests throughout their Pacific Club Lounge experience, including food and beverage and concierge services.
  • Coordinating, motivating, and training a team of Pacific Club Lounge team leaders & hosts to offer high-quality service.
  • Organizing and maintaining administrative duties for the department.
  • Coordinating and managing stock control for the department.

Talent Profile:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in hospitality management.
  • Food & Beverage experience desirable.
  • Innovative ideas to move our Club Lounge forward.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
