Exciting role for a charismatic mixologist to join our professional team and work in stunning surroundings. Host and create a vibrant environment across our bar and lounge area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Positioned in the acclaimed Joseph's Lounge and Bar
- Part time role covering weekends
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the heart of the Hotel, chatting to our guests and assisting with wine, beverage and food selections
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel and our stunning surrounds
- Wow our guests with both classic and "designer" cocktails

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
- You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
- Valid RSA certificate.
- A desire for service excellence.
- Wine & cocktail knowledge.
- A great communicator.
- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Initiative and be a team player.
- Good personal presentation.
- Self-motivation, can do attitude.
