Key Responsibilities- Elevate and reinforce regulatory compliance capabilities across various business divisions
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with governing regulations and promoting a proactive risk culture
- Provide expert compliance advice, develop and execute effective controls, and monitor adherence to both internal and external compliance requirements
- Contribute to risk assessments, facilitate governance and training initiatives, and lead the execution of corrective actions to enhance compliance maturity
- You're an experienced compliance professional with in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management, preferably within the financial services sector
- You possess a solid understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies, along with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance measures
- Your analytical mindset and attention to detail enable you to translate complex regulatory demands into practical solutions that align with business objectives
