We are seeking a full-time Municipal Infrastructure Planner with experience in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW or someone ready for a senior position as their next step. This role offers financial rewards and a sense of achievement, as you will be laying the foundation for future projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of professionals, providing mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Deliver private sector approvals with diverse scales across various markets.
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes.
  • Utilize a strong appreciation of infrastructure's role in land use planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards.
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Improve or build key client relationships.

Fundamentals We Require:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
  • The ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A desire to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded.

Benefits and Salary: We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
