**Care Leader for Children in Need**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Leader to join our team in supporting vulnerable children and young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect. Our therapeutic residential setting provides a safe and nurturing environment where these young individuals can develop independent living skills, engage in education, and build positive relationships with their care team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the home environment, providing direct care and support, role modelling to staff, overseeing therapeutic care plans, and managing team supervision and rostering.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a care or support setting;
