**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- Hello, we're looking for someone to help care for our children over the next few weeks. My wife recently had surgery and needs support with daily tasks, and I start work early at 6 a.m. Our 4-year-old son goes to preschool three days a week, so most of the care would be for our 11-month-old daughter. My wife will be home each day, but she isn't able to manage the children on her own right now. I'm generally home by 3:30 p.m. and can take over at that point, so the hours needed would be from 6 a.m./7am to 3:30 p.m.

**Your Duties**:

- The caregiver's duties will primarily focus on supporting our 11-month-old daughter and assisting with light household tasks as needed. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities: 1. Childcare for 11-Month-Old: Provide attentive and nurturing care to our daughter, including feeding, diaper changes, and putting her down for naps. Engage her in age-appropriate play and activities to support her development. Ensure her safety and comfort throughout the day. 2. Assistance with 4-Year-Old: On preschool days, help prepare him for school in the morning (e.g., dressing and breakfast). Occasionally, supervise and play with him on non-preschool days if needed. Drop him to pre-school 10 minutes walk from our house 3. Light Household Support: Assist with small tasks, such as meal prep for the kids, tidying up play areas,

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal caregiver is warm, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. Given our current needs, we are looking for someone with the following qualities: 1. Experienced with Infants and Young Children: Comfortable with babies under one year old and knowledgeable about routines such as feeding, diapering, napping, and age-appropriate activities. Experience with preschool-aged children is also a plus. 2.Reliable and Punctual: Our schedule requires early morning availability, so consistency and punctuality are essential. We're looking for someone who can be a reliable, kind presence in our home over the coming weeks and ideally build a positive connection with our family.
