Lead Children's Education Coordinator Role

This is a permanent full-time position for a Lead Children’s Education Coordinator, working 38 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our team of educators at our service in Carlingford. As a Lead Children’s Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children.

  • Certificate III or equivalent in children's services or higher
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid + CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficient in the use of technology and systems including Teams, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms
  • Experience in hiring and training new team members

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with educators to provide continuity of learning for children.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to be based at our Carlingford service. The role involves leading a team of 29 staff and providing high-quality care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet the needs of the service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to children's care and education
  • Collaborating with teachers and other educators to provide continuity of learning for children
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certificate III or equivalent in children's services or higher
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid + CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficient in the use of technology and systems including Teams, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms
