Driven Sales Support Merchandise Required

  • This position is pivotal in driving sales of agricultural merchandise products within the store environment.
About This Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Support Merchandise.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers.
  • Prior experience in a team support role in a busy environment is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
  2. Process counter sales, manage stock control, and perform general administrative tasks.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to receive goods and assist with dispatching orders.
  4. Maintain a welcoming and well-presented store environment.
  5. Loading and unloading trucks, unpacking orders, and maintaining safety processes.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for Australian farming and agriculture, preferably with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
  • Able to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
