Site Supervisor

Job Overview
BESIX Watpac is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to lead our team in Rockhampton and deliver a large processing facility project.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Organising on-site activities to ensure subcontractors have access to their work face for materials and equipment.
- Allocating site resources and confirming availability when required.
- Reviewing the construction programme and re-sequencing activities as necessary.
- Implementing and policing the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring quality and compliance with standards and contract documents.
Requirements
The successful candidate will require:
- A relevant trade qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of construction projects.
- Ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead an effective results-driven team.
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
