Site Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Certificate IV in Building & Construction. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite meetings with clients to assess, report, and quote for repairs and establish the scope of works
  • Liaising with trade bases, allocating and scheduling works throughout the repair portfolio
  • Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners, and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing trade activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Benefits

A competitive salary package of $100,000 - $105,000, inclusive of superannuation, company vehicle, fuel card, and full training provided in internal processes and software. Continuous learning and growth opportunities within the business.
