Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated professional to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple General Insurance Brokerages in Melbourne, providing exceptional client management support and developing valuable skills in sales, service, claims, underwriting, and broking.

About You

  • Prior experience within the insurance industry is highly regarded, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
  • You should be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about a career in insurance. Excellent communication skills are required to provide strong customer service.
  • Tier 1 or 2 qualifications are desirable, but we are willing to invest in your development and provide full training and support.

About the Role

  • You will provide administrative support to Senior Brokers, collate data, obtain insurance quotes, and prepare reports.
  • You will process insurance documents and respond to general enquiries, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service at all times.
