Job Description

Our Mobile Enforcement Officers are skilled and trained to work alone in an enforcement vehicle that links to a control centre.

This is a physically demanding role with unusual hours and early and late starts. It requires full focus, attention to detail, and adherence to road rules at all times.

  • Fully adhering to all road rules and demonstrating safe driving behaviour through each enforcement session.
  • Conducting thorough site assessments before each operation and reporting unusable sites with accompanying Site Maintenance Reports, including photos where appropriate.
  • Coordinating closely with the control room for camera set up and testing before session commencement.
  • Remaining alert and attentive throughout an enforcement session.
  • Responding professionally to challenging situations, adhering to business guidelines.
  • Maintaining regular vehicle inspections, pre- and post-shift.
  • Engaging in regular communication with the control room throughout each shift.

This role involves working a rotating roster that includes weekdays, nights, and weekends. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NSW driver's license and have a clean driving record. Furthermore, they should be comfortable spending extended periods seated in a vehicle and able to work independently for each shift (10-12 hours).
