Regulatory Enforcement Officer

The role of Regulatory Enforcement Officer is to ensure the public complies with local laws and regulations. This includes enforcing parking rules, ensuring local government amenity compliance, managing animals, collecting evidence, processing briefs of evidence, and giving testimony.

This position requires a Certificate IV in Regulatory Services and experience in regulatory enforcement within Local Government. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enforcing parking rules and local government amenity compliance;
  • Managing animals, including property issues, littering, and water pollution;
  • Collecting evidence and processing briefs of evidence;
  • Giving testimony in court proceedings;
  • Working flexible hours as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Regulatory Services;
