We are seeking an experienced operational leader to lead a skilled team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators in the safe, compliant and effective delivery of our NSW Mobile Speed Camera Program.

This full-time Maximum Term Contract requires working from our Silverwater office 5 days per week including occasional regional NSW depot visits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators to deliver safe and effective enforcement operations across NSW. They will oversee daily program delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and service standards. Additionally, they will drive operational improvements, innovation and efficiency to strengthen program outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with a background in service delivery within high-compliance environments such as transport, utilities or government services. With over 10 years in frontline leadership, they possess skills in managing teams, resources and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards.

They will thrive in fast-paced settings, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive improvements that lift performance and customer outcomes. A full and valid Australian Driver's license is a pre-requisite requirement to perform this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Mobile Speed Camera Operators to deliver safe and effective enforcement operations
  • Oversee daily program delivery and ensure compliance with safety, quality and service standards
  • Drive operational improvements, innovation and efficiency to strengthen program outcomes
  • Manage staffing, rostering, budgets and resources to optimise performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and clients to support program success

Requirements:

You have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in frontline leadership within high-compliance environments such as transport, utilities or government services
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resources and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards
  • A full and valid Australian Driver's license
