Gas Delivery Expert

This is a dynamic and varied work environment that involves busy multi-drop deliveries, installations of new cylinders, use of handheld scanner technology to record deliveries and track stock, maintaining delivery schedules, refilling LPG cylinders as required, loading and unloading of cylinder trucks, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

The Gas Delivery Expert will be responsible for delivering cylinders to customers across various locations. This will involve navigating through heavy traffic, tight streets, and other challenging conditions while ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multiplex deliveries to multiple locations
  • Installation of new cylinders in accordance with safety standards
  • Accurate recording of deliveries and tracking of stock using handheld scanner technology
  • Management of delivery schedules to meet customer needs
  • Refill LPG cylinders as needed
  • Loading and unloading of cylinder trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintenance of trucks in a clean and professional condition
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • A valid MR Licence is mandatory
  • A forklift licence is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • A reasonable level of fitness is essential
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required (paid)
  • A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required prior to commencement
