Administrative Role for Gas Inspection Services

The position of Gas Inspection Administrator presents an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within our organisation.

This role is centred around ensuring seamless delivery of gas inspection services, encompassing scheduling appointments with customers, managing dairy appointments, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently scheduling appointments with customers via outbound and inbound calls and coordinating inspector appointments accordingly.
  • Offering professional support to customers and gas fitters regarding gas inspection-related queries, with training provided as necessary.
  • Executing data management activities to maintain the accuracy and integrity of information associated with various gas inspection activities, including updates and maintenance of Inspector's Orders, Notices of Completion, Notices of Defects, Notices of Rectification, and Notices of Intent.
  • Assisting in the preparation, collation, and distribution of relevant gas inspection documentation.
  • Coordinating meetings, processing purchase orders, and providing general administrative support to the Gas Utilisation Inspection Team.

For this role, we seek an individual with:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative capacity, preferably within the utility sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with SAP or similar software.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn complex processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement procedures accordingly.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
