Job Title: Corporate Pantry Supervisor

We are seeking an exceptional Food Inventory Manager to oversee the pantry inventory, ensuring timely orders and effective supply chain management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of food items, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of pantry inventory, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to place orders, ensuring efficient delivery and cost-effective solutions
  • Properly store all pantry items, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensure easy access
  • Regularly inspect pantry goods to ensure they meet quality standards, discarding any expired or damaged items promptly
  • Supervise and lead pantry staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and expenses

Requirements:

  • Current RSA competency card
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation
