Pantry Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
The Pantry Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily stock levels of pantry items, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and presenting pantry offerings attractively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stock levels of pantry items, including tea, coffee, milk, fruit, snacks, and beverages.
- Maintain accurate stock records and delivery logs.
- Flag low-stock items and place restock orders as needed.
- Set up and present pantry offerings attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure safe food handling practices are adhered to.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding inventory updates.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to possess impeccable personal presentation and RSA certification for the responsible service of alcohol.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in high-end Food and Beverage operations.
- 5-star hotel or boardroom service experience would be advantageous.
