Job Title: Women's Centre Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Women’s Centre Support Specialist. This role will involve working closely with women and children who have experienced family and domestic violence, providing them with essential support and guidance to help them rebuild their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individualised case management plans that address the complex needs of our customers. This will involve conducting thorough intake and induction processes, identifying risk factors, and providing access to relevant resources and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong passion for delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting safety audits and risk assessments
- Developing and implementing case management plans
- Providing information and support options to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in community development activities

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated competency
Substantial experience working in a community services environment
