Senior Physio Lead

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our multidisciplinary team at a prestigious healthcare facility. The successful candidate will plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate physiotherapy services in the clinical specialty area of continence, women's and pelvic health physiotherapy using advanced clinical practice skills.
The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient safety and quality of care, supervising physiotherapy staff and support staff, coordinating duties and managing performance, and practicing as a senior physiotherapist in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services in the clinical specialty area of continence, women's and pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapy staff and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate tasks and monitor performance to guarantee exceptional patient care.
- Practice as a senior physiotherapist in line with professional codes of conduct and best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified physiotherapist with postgraduate qualifications or experience in a relevant clinical specialty area.
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
