Customer Service Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative professional to join our team as a Customer Service Reviewer.

  • Conduct thorough observations of store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Complete surveys online about your experience.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a good memory, reliable communication skills, and access to the internet. Availability, flexibility, and reliability will also be considered in determining assignments.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. This work involves posing as a customer to gather valuable feedback on retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Observations: Conduct detailed observations of store presentation, including visual displays, product arrangement, and overall appearance.
  2. Service Evaluation: Assess the level of service provided by staff, including friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency.
  3. Selling Skills: Evaluate the sales techniques used by staff, including product knowledge, demonstration, and closing techniques.
  4. Cleanliness: Assess the cleanliness and organization of the store, including floors, counters, shelves, and restrooms.
