About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Experience Specialist to join our team in Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet, NSW. As a leading sports brand globally, we strive to make the world a better place through our passion for sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve store targets and provide an exceptional consumer experience by fostering a productive work environment and encouraging active sales techniques.
  • Set high standards of service and selling practices, inspiring customers with an outstanding experience and motivating the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Promote the brand/company values and products in an engaging manner.
  • Implement and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and ensure shop floor replenishment.
  • Develop and coach team members to refine their service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate a shared mindset.
  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
