Customer Service Reviewer

We are seeking a Customer Service Reviewer to visit retail outlets and provide feedback on store presentation, service, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and good communication skills.

The role involves posing as a customer to gather information about the retail experience. Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to complete.

This position requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to travel. Assignments are offered based on availability, location, and willingness to participate.
