Job Opportunity: Customer Service Reviewer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Reviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, reporting on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other key aspects of the customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel (optional). You will work closely with our clients to provide valuable feedback and contribute to improving customer experience for leading retail brands in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough observations of retail stores, including store presentation, service, and selling skills.
  • Report back to our clients on your findings, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Complete surveys online about your experiences.
  • Assist in improving customer experience for leading retail brands.
