Family Violence Response Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Family Violence Response Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering quality services to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within an integrated team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring support and intervention.
- Provide intake support via phone, within the agency site, and through outreach visits, ensuring a safe and effective response to clients' needs.
- Act as a referral pathway for clients to services within the broader service system, promoting seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Offer information and support to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver an integrated practice model and consolidated intake point for women, children, young people, and families experiencing or having experienced family violence.
