We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Family Violence Response Specialist.
This role will involve delivering quality, safe, and effective responses to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence in a multidisciplinary integrated team setting.
- Actively manage a caseload of vulnerable families requiring support and guidance.
- Deliver comprehensive screening and triage services, assessment, crisis responses, service planning, targeted interventions, allocation, and coordinated referrals as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to support integrated risk assessment and planning for families at risk.
- Apply for additional resources on behalf of clients when required, ensuring their needs are met.
- Refer clients to relevant services within the broader system and provide them with necessary information and support.
