Project Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Estimator to join our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, evaluating and reviewing the tender and estimating process, and coordinating internal and external resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing civil construction projects with values ranging from $2.5m to $40m+. They will also possess a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and 5-10+ years' management experience in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Evaluation and review of the tender and estimating process
  • Coordinating internal and external resources
  • Assessing and pricing contract variation orders
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10+ years' management experience in the industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
