Radiologist Workflow Facilitator

The Radiologist Workflow Coordinator is a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of radiologist workflows across NSW hospital contracts.
As the Workflow Coordinator, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality service for patients and referrers by optimizing daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts.
You will build relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues as needed.
Proactively managing workload distribution, monitoring unreported lists, and supporting backlog solutions are also key aspects of this role.
Additionally, you will analyze workflow and contract performance data to support planning and reporting and assist with implementation and support of workflow tools and systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in a radiology clinic (minimum 2 years in a clinical, clerical, or administration role) to bring their skills and knowledge to a dynamic team.
