About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst with expertise in supply chain management and process optimization. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between customer requirements and solution delivery by understanding operational challenges, interpreting customer needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and validate business needs across supply chain operations.
  • Facilitate workshops to document end-to-end processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into structured process documentation, user stories, and other actionable formats.
  • Map current and future-state business processes using BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Design traceable, compliant, and efficient workflows from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
  • Support user demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain operations, bridging gaps between users and developers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management and process optimization.
  • Proven background in business analysis, process mapping, or solution consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain regulatory frameworks (e.g., NLIS, LPA, export requirements).
  • Strong ability to translate operational challenges into actionable requirements.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or industry-specific systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.
