Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

  • Liaise with clinicians, radiographers, and radiologists worldwide to ensure seamless support for clients and patients.
  • Provide administrative assistance to radiologists who report routine and urgent radiology exams.
  • Offer frontline support to clients, including doctors and radiographers, by ensuring patient reports are available in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient information.
  • Manage IT systems and troubleshoot issues as needed to prevent delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with global teams to resolve client queries.
  • Support radiologists in reporting examinations and provide technical assistance when required.
  • Facilitate the flow of patient information between clinicians, radiographers, and radiologists.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software programs.
