Schedule Radiologists for Success

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Scheduler to ensure the smooth operation of our radiology reporting capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in rostering radiologists to meet business needs.

  • Roster scheduling experience is essential to this role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands and managing conflicting requirements.
  • Previous experience with CRM/Salesforce would be beneficial but is not required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate Radiologist Scheduling: Ensure that radiologists are scheduled in accordance with their preferences and business capacity requirements.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with radiologists to fill baseline and flexible capacity needs, ensuring that schedules are met efficiently.
  3. Provide Feedback: Offer detailed feedback to senior management on capacity deviation issues, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  4. Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing radiologists through positive engagement and responsive communication.
  5. Enhance Experience: Increase radiologists' commitments to our organization and enhance their overall experience by providing personalized support and fostering a collaborative environment.
  6. Assist Payment Process: Facilitate the payment process by ensuring shifts are accurately captured, bonuses are reviewed, and timesheets are finalized and validated ahead of weekly export and monthly pay run.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex scheduling challenges.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
