Client Services Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional client service and support for our growing institutional business.

Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Liaise with third-party registry providers and direct investors to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on clients and their portfolios.
  • Provide timely and informative reporting to clients, coordinate meetings and presentations, and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in information technology, including Excel, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and tools.
  • Excellent liaison skills across all levels of the organization, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, fund management, Unit Registry, or Global Custodian.
  • Solid understanding of the finance industry and financial markets, with a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Education and Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in finance and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
